Tassels

For the tassels, cut 37 groups of yarn in a set of three. Cut them at 5.5 inches long. Attach your tassels at each corner and at the bottom of every double crochet stitch in the single crochet border.

Fold your three yarn strands in half, insert crochet hook into the designated stitch where you plan to place your tassel. Grab your yarn strands, place the folded edge of yarn on your crochet hook and pull them through the stitch about half way. Set the hook aside and pull your six strands of yarn through the loop you created. Pull the six strands to set firmly in place.

Now weave in all your yarn tail with your tapestry needle.

Enjoy wearing your new vest!
